About me
Hi, I’m Rachel — an Emotion Focused Couples Therapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I’m passionate about helping couples and individuals navigate life’s challenges, reconnect in their relationships, and build emotional resilience.
My approach is warm, genuine, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques, always working from a strengths-based perspective. Whether you're seeking support for relationship issues, emotional difficulties, or personal growth, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to create meaningful change.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens through connection — with ourselves and with others. I’m here to walk alongside you, with compassion and care, as you take steps toward greater understanding and well-being.
I am a neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist.
