Clinical Supervision

Supervision of Mental Health Practitioners

I offer clinical supervision to mental health clinicians looking for a reflective, supportive, and professionally enriching space. As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 14 years of experience across public, private, and community sectors, I provide supervision that is thoughtful, strengths-based, and grounded in real-world clinical practice.

My supervision is open to social workers, counsellors, therapists, and other allied health professionals, whether you're early in your career, working toward accreditation, or seeking ongoing support in complex clinical work.

My approach integrates:

  • Reflective practice and case formulation

  • Trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles

  • A strong emphasis on self-awareness, ethics, and professional boundaries

  • Space for navigating systemic challenges and maintaining practitioner wellbeing

I am an AASW-approved supervisor and offer both individual and group supervision, either in-person or online.

Supervision with me is collaborative and respectful — a space where you can explore your practice openly, build confidence, and grow both professionally and personally.

Support with Accreditation

In addition to clinical supervision, I offer guidance and support to social workers navigating the Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) application process through the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

Having been through the process myself, I understand how complex and time-consuming it can feel — from gathering documentation and articulating your experience, to ensuring your application reflects the depth of your clinical practice. I provide practical, tailored support to help you:

  • Understand the accreditation criteria and process

  • Identify and clearly communicate your relevant clinical experience

  • Develop and review your case studies and reflective practice statements

  • Build confidence in presenting your skills and knowledge

Whether you're just beginning to prepare or nearing submission, I offer a supportive, structured space to help you move through the process with clarity and direction.
